Gaurav Behera

I am a computer vision researcher currently pursuing a Dual Degree (B.Tech + MS by Research) at the Centre for Visual Information Technology (CVIT), IIIT Hyderabad, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. P. J. Narayanan. My primary research interests lie in the domain of 3D computer vision, with a particular focus on developing robust algorithms for understanding and modeling three-dimensional spaces. I have actively worked on research projects involving real-time 3D reconstruction, large-scale 3D object retrieval, and the generation of immersive 3D indoor scenes. Outside of my academic work, I love speedcubing, where I enjoy the continuous challenge of mastering various puzzles and optimizing my solve times.
